Our yoga classes encompass a wide variety of different yoga styles for participants of all levels. The classes will help balance and maintain your busy lifestyle. Enjoy practicing beach yoga in a natural and beautiful setting at Lake Worth Beach. We will strengthen and stretch the body as we calm the mind and relieve tension. Bring a LARGE towel, water and sunscreen! Please register for classes online. Beach Yoga costs $5 per class and all payments can be paid in cash at the time of class.
